Susan Bryant's background as a manager of educational and sustainability projects in the US and Africa led her to the field of documentary film. In 2004 Susan traveled to Afghanistan as Associate Producers on Still Fighting, a documentary about Afghan women leading their country back from chaos. Since then She has worked as sound recordist on The Education of Shelby Knox, The Making of Oblivion, the special features Criterion Collection DVD of Harlan County USA, and Globalvision's, In Debt We Trust; America Before the Bubble Bursts. Susan also trained African interns for Mahalia Film's, Taking Back the Stable, and the Centre Internationale D'Experimentation et Valorisation des Ressources Africaine's, Africa is Rich, which she also served as primary sound recordist. Susan Bryant is currently creative/executive producer of Gary Keith Griffin's, Listopad, a story of three boys.
